Sales and Marketing Director

Emmanuel oversees the sales and marketing programmes of our insurance business including developing strategic sales and marketing objectives and establishing sales territories and quotas, managing budgets and evaluating sales performance.

Emmanuel worked as a Senior Sales Manager with Allianz Life Insurance before joining Planwell Insurance. Prior to that, he worked as Head of Life Insurance at Felin Insurance Brokers and as Sales Manager at Esich Life Assurance. He also worked as a sales and marketing officer at African Finance Business and Metropolitan Life Ghana respectively. He has 16 years of relevant experience and he is very analytical and proficient in insurance business. He also has extensive experience in recruiting, developing and coaching professional sales teams to achieve targets.

He is an expert at creating business leads even in the toughest business environment. His dynamic presentation skills make him stand out as an ace marketer in the insurance industry. Emmanuel has a Professional Certificate (2013) and a Professional Diploma (2015) in Marketing from CIMG, Ghana and a Post Graduate Diploma from OBP Institute, United Kingdom. He is an MBA candidate at the University of the Gulf of Mexico (Pending).
